Not only will the Insight Zone host some of the biggest names in Talent today, but it will also highlight core challenges which have been a focal point within the TA landscape for some time. There will also be some returning favourites, such as EY’s #ExcellenceinTA Stage, and a return to Inclusive Hiring – the industry reknowned DEI event will now host it’s own stage dedicated to all things diversity at RecFest this year.

The Inclusive Hiring Stage
Making noise for the voices that should be heard
Formed from the roots of the DEI event inclusive.hiring, which featured the likes of Torin Ellis, Dr J Harrison, Mark Lomas and more. The Inclusive Hiring stage will feature world-renowned DEI experts and showcase an eclectic blend of perspectives. The Inclusive Stage is a springboard for people to gain much-needed awareness and make the world of work better for everyone.
